A: We source premium products which are tested by us personally. Additionally, we hired an independent third-party company to conduct rigorous quality, compliance and safety testing. Every unit is certified to New Zealand’s strict electrical safety standards, so you can trust you’re getting a reliable and premium product.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are shipped from Auckland and usually arrive within 1–4 business days for standard shipping. Rural delivery may take an extra 1–2 days depending on your location.
